嚇傻！美國一名人妻和老公結婚後，搬去跟婆婆同住，不過她時常觀察婆婆和老公的互動，關係相當親密，似乎超越一般母子間的親情。果然，某日人妻返家，竟在客廳看到婆婆和老公激戰的場面，當場嚇傻。最後人妻憤而提告，以亂倫、通姦罪名將兩人告上法院，這對母子的罪名如果成立，恐怕將面臨最高20年的有期徒刑。
據《每日郵報》報導，美國麻薩諸塞州費奇堡（Fitchburg）一名43歲的人妻羅莉（Lori Lavoie），平常和老公湯尼（Tony Lavoie Jr.）及63歲的婆婆謝麗爾（Cheryl Lavoie）同住，但羅莉一直希望能搬出去，不想要老公和婆婆同住一個屋簷下，因為她一直懷疑婆婆和老公有近一步的親密關係。
孰料今年5月20日，羅莉返家時，恰巧就撞見了老公和婆婆在客廳沙發上「激戰」，羅莉當場崩潰，立刻走回房間將房門反鎖，事後3人發生爭執，羅莉聯絡堂姊後，決定報警處理。警方表示他們接獲通報，當時以為只是「家庭糾紛」，沒想到羅莉直接和警方說了，是因為她撞見了婆婆和老公在客廳床戰，讓堂姊和警方都大吃一驚。
羅莉不滿幸福家庭被破壞，憤而向兩人提告。日前一行人出席庭審，湯尼表示，這其實是他第一次和媽媽發生性關係，恰巧就被羅莉撞見，婆婆謝麗爾則說，兩人這幾個月以來關係越來越親密，他們不小心接了吻之後，就順其自然地做了下去，她也沒料到事情會這樣發展。
現在，母子二人被控以亂倫重罪，最高將被判處20年的有期徒刑，法官下令目前他們必須和彼此分離，10月27日將再度開庭審理。

The wife of a man who claims she walked in on her husband having sex with his mother told police she had always suspected incest between the pair.
Lori Lavoie told a police officer she walked in on her mother-in-law on top of her husband on the couch in their living room in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.
Tony L Lavoie, 43, and his mum Cheryl Lavoie, 64, each face incest charges following the alleged incident this May.

According to a police report, the officer asked the wife what she did next after allegedly seeing the pair together on the couch.
She told the office: "I walked into my room and closed the door."
She added she didn't say a word to either of them, but called her cousin and then the police.
Lori then told police she had 'always been suspicious' of a sexual relationship between her husband and his mother, according to the documents obtained by The Smoking Gun.
She then clarified saying that she had heard the pair were involved sexually, but did not know if it was true.
The wife confirmed all three living together at the time of the alleged incident.
The cousin had answered the door and told an officer that Lavoie’s wife had called her about walking in on her husband having sex with his mum, before phoning 911, according to the police statement.
The officer spoke to the mum and son separately and both acknowledged they had consensual sexual relations and said it was the first time it had happened, the document.
"I don’t know. It just happened," an officer reported Mr Lavoie, from Fitchburg, Massachusetts, of saying as he was questioned by law enforcement.
When the officer asked Cheryl Lavoie the same question, she allegedly responded that she and her son had gotten closer in recent months leading up to the May 20 incident.
She is claimed to have said the sex happened after they started kissing.
According to the police allegation, she told the officer: "well myself and my son have gotten a lot closer over the last few months and we just had sex after we were kissing".
Asked if she felt pressured into having sex, Cheryl said "no."
She allegedly admitted sexual intercourse.
She also told the officer she had not known her son most of his life, and asked if he had any mental illness she replied she didn't know, adding that he "did fall off a ladder at one point in his life".
Police charged the mother and son with felony incest and issued them a summons to appear in court on August 20, according to US reports.
The mother and son were arraigned last week and released on personal recognisance.
Both pleaded not guilty, court documents said.
They were ordered by the judge to stay away from one another.
The Lavoies will return to court in October for a pretrial hearing.
According to Massachusetts state law, a person convicted of incest can be punished by imprisonment for between two-and-a-half to 20 years.
